Lee is leading LV= Tomorrow helping us to re-imagine insurance so that we remain successful for the next 170 years.
Lee has over 15 years experience in senior-level digital and marketing roles within Financial Services (AVIVA and LV=) and Telecommunication (The Caudwell Group) sectors and has held a number of Non-Executive and Advisory roles supporting start-up businesses.
Lee NoonDigital Director
David has been at LV= for the past 6 years working across the spectrum of digital insurance, having previously spent time at Barclays, Accenture, Government and a number of start-ups.
His background is split between Experience Design and Data Science with the occasional dabble into development. His current remit spans all aspects of digital insurtech propositions.
David OliverHead of Digital
Having come from a retail background initially, Holly transitioned into financial services 5 years ago and has since worked in a number of guises including customer service management, product management, risk, strategy and finance.
With over a decade of customer and people experience, Holly specialises in customer insight, people management and learning & development.
Holly CroallCustomer Insight and Strategy Lead
Jo has 20 years of experience in the industry covering a range of roles including leading a Marcomms team, giving financial advice, providing insight as a Research Manager and PR for LV=, Skandia and Friends Life.
Recently Jo has specialised in proposition and innovation for LV=’s protection business. She is excited to be part of LV= Tomorrow working to deliver the next generation of insurance solutions.
Jo WestallSenior Innovation Manager
Mark joined LV= in July 2013, having spent 2 years 'living the dream' as the 'Hoff' on Sandbacks beach. Prior to that, he spent 25 years as a Derivatives Trader in the City, the last 20 of which were at RBS.
Mark is scanning for new technology or business models that could disrupt LV=, as well as bringing a harder, more commercial 'edge' to existing business decisions.
Mark FalconerHorizon Scanning Lead
He works with technologies like Umbraco CMS, Drupal and Mendix for development and prototyping and he also has a Master of Science in Games Development from Kingston University.
Manos DramilarisDigital Experience Developer
Tom has worked at LV= as a UI and UX designer for the past four years, conceptualising, visualising and prototyping award-winning online user journeys for our customers. His skills also include illustration, video production, HTML, CSS and animation.
Tom WickhamDigital Experience Designer
Shelley previously worked within recruitment and a variety of senior support roles before joining LV= in 2012.
During her time in the HR department, Shelley provided PA support to various teams and senior stakeholders whilst seeking opportunities to enhance her skill set.
This roles combines her passion to make a difference and to utilise her transferrable skills in supporting the LV= Tomorrow team.

Claire joined in 2010 when LV= decided to create an in-house recruitment team. Having supported across a number of insurance talent disciplines whilst at LV=, she now specialises in Digital, Marketing and Customer Insight & Strategy.
